Item Amount
Dark or Milk Chocolate 200 gram
Unsalted Butter 175 gram
Caster Sugar 250 gram
Eggs 3
Flour 170 gram
Nutella 3 tablespoon


Step 1

Preheat oven to 170 C (325 F) Gas 3.

Step 2

Line rectangle baking tin with parchment.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water (don't let the bottom of the bowl touch the water).

Step 4

Remove from heat and add the sugar. Stir until well incorporated.

Step 5

Add the flour and stir until well incorporated.

Step 6

Add the eggs and mix until smooth and thick.

Step 7

Pour half the mixture into your tin and spoon your Nutella on in different places so it is dotted around your mixture (the amount of Nutella is completely up to you, more or less won't impact how it cooks).

Step 8

Finally, pour the rest of your mixture on top and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. You know it's cooked when you poke a knife in the middle and it comes out almost clean but still with some batter on. .

Step 9

Leave to cool completely before taking it out of the tin and cutting.
